Style Question (I think)

Previous Entry Style Question (I think) Jan. 18th, 2006 @ 08:45 pm Next Entry
Hi,
I've been using ScrapBook for a while now but I'm new to the community. I was wondering, is there any way to add a link to the page (for example from the main gallery page back to my journal)? It seems rather...disconnected. I've tried putting html in the title and description fields but it isn't recognized.

Thanks for any help.

well, it worked for me. Just get to your user info page and click on "manage" button at the top. select 'customize' and scroll down to "add links". Then, i guess it's pretty much self explanatory. type in your main gallery address and name it as you wish. Good luck.

Actually, I'm looking to put a link ON my gallery page. I've already got the link TO the gallery page from my journal.

the customization interface on pics.lj seems to be fixed now.

you're currently using the "smoove" layout. where would you like the link to your journal to be?

Maybe in the upper right corner of the title bar. Is there some way I can do that myself?

Thanks! I'm totally new to stylesheets. Is the proper way to use this to create a new layer and paste in the code, and then go and select the new layer from the drop-down box? That's what I did, but if there's some other way I should do it please let me know.

Looks good! Clean, understated, functional, and quietly elegant.
