I have no thumbs!

Well, I do have a few. But the problem is that not all my pictures in my galleries have thumbnail sized ones. It makes looking at the galleries not so happy, because you get well, look at this page, and see what I mean...

The picture for 'olivia being cute' is there in it's large size and full sized glory, but no thumbnail option.

I wish there was a button, or something to go and make a new thumbnail option (in all galleries at once would be cool.)
