Posting pics in original size?

Previous Entry Posting pics in original size? Dec. 18th, 2005 @ 11:19 pm Next Entry
I'm quite new in using ScrapBook, so sorry for possible dumb question. Anyway - is it possible to post pics from ScrapBook to LJ so, that pics would be in original size, and not smartly resized by ScrapBook? For example, I would like to post pics 1000x667 pix to my LJ in their original size. Is it possible yet?

Scrapbook resizes things for you? You just do the image tag as usual - *img src="URL of your picture"*, subsituting triangular brackets for the *. And don't specify any height/width dimensions to get it to be regular size.

I've been using Scrapbook since it came out and it never resizes things for me.

Thanks, the tag thing works! I thought about it, but I didn't get it because the URL usually not contains .jpg extension. Thanks anyway!

(and yes, it's weird, it does resize images every time. There is three options - small, medium and large size when posting images; and large size still means 640px width at most).

No prob! I just hope for your friendslist's friends' pages sake, that you post those large pictures under an LJ-cut.
